I am currently building with them and have been astounded in how detail oriented, organized, and professional they are. Dean is good at his job and he makes building a house easy. Our original house plans contained a few things that we over looked and would have made our house a tragic mess; but Dean is very astute and quickly found these problems. He was able to offer more functional, modern, and aesthetically pleasing options. Not only is he affordable, but he obviously cares about the final product and that I am happy with it.
